Instructions
Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl.Cut the broccoli into small florets and chop the onion.Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil and cook the broccoli, stirring frequently, until bright green and tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes. Then transfer it to a plate.Add the remaining tbsp to the hot skillet and salt the beef and then add it and the onion to the skillet. Cooking until the onions are translucent and beef is browned.Add the broccoli and sauce and stir until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 more minutes. Remove from heat and serve over rice of choice.
