- 1 large shallot, finely chopped
- 1/4 sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp butter (vegan options work)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions

- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and brown the sliced almonds until golden. Remove and set aside.
