Ingredients
  

  • One large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp butter, vegan butter or olive oil optional
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast or parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

Instructions
 

  • To prepare, steam the cauliflower until tender, about 15 minutes.While it’s steaming, sauté garlic in butter over medium heat until fragrant and golden, then set it aside.Combine the steamed cauliflower, garlic butter, almond milk, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper in a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth.Garnish with fresh chives and additional seasoning if desired.
