Ingredients
  

For the shrimp:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled + deveined
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika

For the broccoli:

  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp flaky salt

For the sauce:

  • 3 tbsp butter, divided
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
  • ⅓ cup dry white wine (or 1 tbsp white wine vinegar + ¼ cup water)
  • Zest of 1 lemon + ¼ cup fresh lemon juice

For serving:

  • Chopped parsley (optional)
  • Fresh Parmesan (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Sauté broccoli in olive oil with flaky salt for 3–5 mins until just tender. Set aside. Pat shrimp dry, toss with salt, pepper, and paprika. In the same pan, heat 2 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp olive oil. Sear shrimp 1–2 mins per side. Remove.Lower heat, add remaining butter, garlic, and crushed red pepper. Sauté until fragrant. Add wine, scrape up bits, and simmer 2 mins. Stir in lemon juice + zest. Simmer 3 more mins on low.Return shrimp + broccoli, tossing to coat. Garnish with parsley, Parmesan, and a drizzle of olive oil.Serve immediately with extra lemon zest if desired.

Notes

Lemon Garlic Shrimp & Sautéed Broccoli cooks quickly, making it perfect for busy weeknights. For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp in the garlic and lemon juice for 15–20 minutes before cooking. You can easily double the recipe for a larger group or meal prep for the week!

How do I know when my chicken is done?

I suggest using an instant read thermometer so you know when the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F and you can be sure they are fully cooked.
